These terms govern use of the gym-management platform by gyms, staff and members.

Provide accurate information, protect credentials and grant only necessary permissions. The gym owner is responsible for team accounts and member consents.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, upload harmful content, bypass tenant isolation or permissions, disrupt the service or access another party’s data.
Subscription
Plans define member, user, branch, storage and feature limits. Prices and periods are shown before a subscription request is submitted.
Content and data
The gym retains ownership of its data and grants only the technical permission required to store and process it to provide the service.
Health and training
The platform is an organisational tool, not medical advice. Trainers and gyms are responsible for programme suitability and professional decisions.
Availability and backups
We use reasonable measures for availability and backups, but maintenance and external failures can occur. Restore procedures should be tested regularly.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended after expiry, misuse or a security risk. The retention policy and legal obligations apply after termination.
