Archive trainee

Hides the trainee from the list and disables sign-in, while keeping subscriptions, payments and history.

Removes the trainee, their sign-in account, photos and all associated records from the system.

Removing payments and sales changes financial reports. Deletion does not refund payments or change physical stock quantities.

Deletion covers current data; earlier backups remain until rotated under the retention policy.
